At BuddyTalk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits purchased on our platform.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits are the currency used within BuddyTalk to access various features. Here's our refund policy for credit purchases:
Unused Credits - Eligible
If you haven't used any of the purchased credits, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Partially Used Credits - Prorated
If you've used some credits, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion within 14 days.
Fully Used Credits - Not Eligible
Credits that have been fully consumed are non-refundable as the service has been rendered.
3. Free Credits
Free credits provided as part of sign-up bonuses, promotions, or gifts are not eligible for refunds or cash conversion. These credits are provided as a courtesy and have no monetary value.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and transaction details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request
5. Refund Processing
