BuddyTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI companions are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for professional advice, emotional support in crisis situations, or as a substitute for human relationships.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuddyTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
